Daryl is the principal architect of WDi Architecture, Inc. where she leads the team and manages projects in space planning, sustainable building design, and construction. With a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Southern University and Ivy Tech 'White Belt' Management Training, she is a licensed architect and interior designer in the State of Indiana. Daryl is also an active member of several professional organizations including AIA, NCARB, MSDC, and ULI. She has won numerous awards for her work, including the Reynolds Aluminum Prize and the Midwest Construction Best of 2008 Honor Award in Architecture.

John is an experienced architect with 35 years of general practice knowledge in new construction and renovation. He specializes in building enclosure evaluations, property assessments, building code compliance, and ADA evaluations, and has experience with constructability reviews. As a project architect, John has managed a wide range of projects, including single and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, parks, education, academic, athletic, maintenance, and medical office projects. He received a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Ball State University and is licensed in Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio. John is a member of several professional organizations, including AIA, NCARB, IPA, and ISA.

Ron is a licensed architect with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He has worked for several firms, including one known for their hospital designs and one of the largest A/E firms in the country, where he contributed to projects such as airports, hotels, and schools. Before joining WDi, Ron served as Senior Project Architect for a firm with offices in Indiana and Kentucky, where he oversaw the work of other architects and was responsible for various projects in markets such as hospitality, institutional, educational, ecclesiastical, retail, and office settings. Ron received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and has completed mechanical engineering courses at Purdue University. He is licensed in the State of Indiana (#AR00032809).
